This is the list of Landscape Art, Inc. personnel who are approved for the operation of the equipment listed below. All listed operators have been trained in the safe and proper use of the equipment. Their training consisted of pre-start inspection, site conditions, verbal descriptions of the machine’s operation, safety mechanisms and a minimum of 40 hours of directly supervised, hands-on training.

Each listed employee has logged at least 100 incident-free hours.
